2017 Intel ISEF Results
Isaac Jordan from Animas High School was nominated to attend the 2017 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. Isaac was awarded a $2,500 First Place cash award from the Society for Experimental Mechanics as well as an Honorable Mention from NASA for his work, “A Novel Approach for Sensing Seismic Events: Applications of Graphene Nanoflake Powder Composites”, where he was able to make a device sensitive enough to detect his heartbeat vibrating through the floor he was lying on!!
